ONYX BOOX Note Air 3 is a large format E Reader with a 10.3” E Ink Carta screen with the MOON Light 2 frontlit system. The model has a capacitive touch screen for finger control and an inductive sensor layer for working with a stylus. The Note Air 3 has a high-performance hardware platform and a lightweight, durable aluminum-magnesium alloy shell. The E Reader is based on an 8-core processor and 4 GB of RAM. 64 GB of internal memory is enough to store a huge number of books and documents. The strong tools on the Note Air 3 tablets make reading a breeze. You can open a lot of different types of digital files and effortlessly annotate, share, and search for information. And use more flexible tools like Article Mode and TTS (Text-to-Speech) to achieve easy and focused reading.

Dual touch control

Note Air 3 has two touch layers. Above the surface of the screen there is a capacitive layer supporting multi-touch, thanks to which you can turn book pages and zoom documents with intuitive finger pinches. In addition, there is a Wacom touch layer under the E Ink panel, so you can make notes and sketches using a special stylus coming with the device. The stylus recognizes 4096 degrees of pressure and allows you to draw with amazing accuracy.

Screen frontlit system

MOON Light 2 technology allows you to use the device in the dark or in poor lighting conditions, without any harm to your sight. When using this function, a soft glow of the screen is being created which is optimal for reading in dark rooms. This front light system has a color temperature adjustment, and thanks to the use of the Flicker-Free technology, shimmering of the screen is completely absent.

High screen refresh speed

The new graphic processor with BOOX Super Refresh technology provides increased screen refresh speed and smooth movement of objects on the screen.

Format support

The BOOX software allows you to open a number of different text and image file formats. While reading, you can change the style and the size of the font, the position of the pages, add bookmarks and zoom documents at your wish.

Additional screen protection

Protective ONYX Glass is located over the E Ink screen and protects it from scratches and other damage. The new glass made it possible to abandon additional screen borders, so the screen is flush with the body of the device. This makes working with this E Reader more comfortable and its appearance is more modern. In addition, a special coating reduces the likelihood of glare on the screen.

The 8-core processor of 2.4 GHz clock rate together with 4 GB of RAM ensure a comfort work with any, even the most complex documents. And 64 GB of non-volatile memory together with support for microSD memory cards up to 2 TB allow you to store a large amount of data directly in the device.

Dictionary support

The software of the E Reader allows you to install additional dictionary databases in the Stardict format at your wish.

Audio player
