Hi Sir,
I placed an order three weeks ago, order # COM-191590 and I didn't receive anything yet. How long it takes to ship in Canada? Also I called one week ago and I spoke with somebody and she said that everything is OK but after one week status for my order is still "processing". Please can you tell me what is happening?
