For unknown reasons, the internal device of my Jetbook Color became unmounted. Internet library is not able to be functioned. Auto Power is not working anymore. When I check the device info, it shows that both the used and free space of the internal memory capacity are 0. When connected with PC, everything is there. But from the jetbook, files in the internal memory cannot be found.
I bought the Jetbook in July this year.
Please tell me how to solve the problems listed above. Many thanks.

Thanks for the message. The first 2 steps would be resetting the device with the button on the bottom. Then you may want to try a firmware update You can check it out here http://www.jetbook.net/update/jetbookcolor

Also, If you can see the drive from your PC i recommend re-formatting it and seeing if that helps.

If it does not, the best thing to do would most likely be warranty replacement. You can always contact support@ectaco.com for extra help.
