April 23rd – An email from Nancy
“We apologize for the inconvenience occurred with your order. We have to confirm that FedEx provides a refund for the lost package First before sending another order. I'll check if we're ready to send you another dictionary. Please let me know if you're still interested in it.”

ARRRRRRRRRGGGGGG I call and say no I want a refund I have had enough, Nancy apologies for the issue and promises my order WILL be with me by Thursday. I say okay because I am an clearly an idiot.

April 26th – Well it arrived – a parcel from Fed-Ex …… with my ECTACO English <-> Japanese Partner EJ400Tand headphones.

Excuse me where is the Lingvosoft Japanese Platinum Pack I was promised as compensation back on April 9th ?????????????
