I see many people have the same problem.
My purchase number is ES-238911
I've bought FOUR PRODUCTS and I've received the links and the "keys" lingvosoft-dictionary-pkpc-spachi(trad)-nt-41, lingvosoft-phrasebook-pkpc-spachi(mromo)-t-24, lingvosoft-phrasebook-pkpc-spachi(mtrad)-t-24 and lingvosoft-picturedictionary-pkpc-spachi(mtrad)-nt-13.
Same as I read from other people, my software works but I can't register. It has no option to look for the registration file, it begins a search but without results.
I've edited the files and compared with the information in "About" in software and it's same product and same version, but I can't register.
I travel to China very soon, today, and I think I will have no translators for my travel, so if that happens I want my money back.
I've readed other posts and I see no solutions so I think there is something wrong in your software.
I hope at least you can answer fast.
