Hi purchased a brand new EK800 translator around 1 and a half weeks ago, the product is sensational but i have 2 problems with it.

The battery doesnt not stay charged for long and runs out quite quickly while in use, even after it is charged to a fully Green Light, secondly the time will not stay set, it is constantly resetting itself to 12am, I have spoken with a sales rep named greg and he suggested i call a support phone number, but im located in Sydney Australia and would prefer not to rind an overseas number so he suggested i use this forum and ask one of the support guys on this forum?? could there be something wrong with the battery? it is brand new so im a little worried
