My Jetbook color doesn't work  XML

Hello, two weeks ago I received a new jetBook color. The first thing I must say is that I had ordered the black model and I have recieved the white model. The truth is that it took me a lot of money because I've ordered from Spain and spend a little overlook your fault for not losing more time and money in return. After a few hours of use the ebook has stopped working. Specifically it has been frozen and the screen does not respond the power button or the reset. Send an e-mail last week for service "support@ectaco.com" and I have not recieved any response. In this mail you send attached a picture of the invoice where you can confirm all the data. I've seen that other customers have had problems with this ebook and I really very disappointed the service and the quality of your product compared to the high price that I paid for. I would like to give me a solution as soon as possible.

Hi, you must be very busy treating all complaints about your product because two weeks ago I wrote because of my problem and I have not recieved anything. I sincerely believe that they are managing their business quite badly but perhaps they do on purpose. They sent me the wrong model I ordered, besides that the product was defective and did not respond to the above claims. That's not a good image for the company I think. If I still have hearing in the next few days I plan to go with this case to the authorities. This is not a threat if the use of my rights as a consumer who has paid for a product that should work or get my money back.

No, i physically saw an email sent to your email address. That means your client is blocking our emails, you are not checking your spam, or they are being automatically deleted by your email client.

If email is not working you need to reach out some other way. Did you ever call? Did you submit an inquiry through the form on our website?

What is your order number? It is in the upper left of the invoice, starts with eOrd.

The chance that we sent the wrong color model is extremely slim.

Hello. I've checked several times the spam section of my mail and I have not found any mails. It's funny because it does come to my spam folder of your Web mails notifying me of new messages in the forum so did not think anything of this blocking. I re-sent the same mail to "support@ectaco.com" with the bill so you can see all the data you need. Thomas, I think you're not doing your job poorly and you may not be to blame for the incompetence of other employees of your company.
In addition to the mail I resent here I leave a new address to which you can write:

wabbajack2001@gmail.com

And believe me, the possibility that you send the wrong product is somewhat higher now because you did

You did not answer my questions.
Did you ever call us?
What is the order number? (looks like eOrd in the upper right of your invoice.

I will pass the new eMail to them now.

ALSO you give two gMail addresses, if the problems are as i stated above, then giving a different address of the SAME email client will not fix it.

That is not your order number. I already explained in 2 separate messages

The order number "looks like eOrd in the upper right of your invoice".

Hi I have also sent a message via support page. I have the issue with battery indicator and having problems recharging. Now all I have is Big Ben. It just will not start, blue light comes on but that is it nothing more happens. When I connect to my pc the fixed hdd in the JetBook does not appear to have an Operating System directory, there is an Android directory on the SD card and, for some odd reason, a Kobo Pegasus directory too. I work in a remote location and do not want to have to cart physical books up and back. Need to fix this asap. What do I do?

I can .rar the two disks and email them to you if necessary.

Hi,

Thanks for the message, lets try a few things.
-Have you tried hitting the Reset button on the bottom of the device (when it is plugged into the charger). You should press and hold it for a few seconds.
-Did you try removing the SD card from the unit and then connecting to PC? Removing the SD card will ensure it is not creating any issues.
-When it is plugged into the charger, do you see a red light where it is plugged in? This will indicate it is charging.

there was another support message, the unit charges ok, most of the time, from USB, but rarely from the charger unit - when using charger red light blinks on the out.

I've removed the SD Card. Same deal. Turn it on, blue blinks on for a few seconds then out.

The reset did othing.

Please email me and I will send screen shot of directories on the hard disk - something is wrong there does not appear to be any operating system. I DID NOT delete any system its done this by itself. I copied the android and dcim directories from the SD card still nothing copied and removed them and reset - nothing.

Ok, the only other process i can think of to try and resolve it would be to re-install the firmware. You can see it here http://www.jetbook.net/update/jetbookcolor

The support@ectaco.com email address should be bale to help you fix everything. If you are having trouble reaching them you can send me your email address in a message and i can forward it to them.

Hi Jerry

I've sent 2 emails to support@ in the last week with no reply to date.

Please give me a postal address to send the unit to for repair or replacement, preferably in Australia.

All I can get no matter what I try is big ben. If I format the HDD what format is required?
