New JetBook Color doesn't work  XML

On Wednesday (22 August evening) we received the new JetBook Color.
The next day we add some book and remove the default poweroff image, then we turned off the device, and after an hour we tried to turn on the device, ... and it doesn't show nothing ... only the grey screen, It seems to work because the blu light is on, but nothing is displayed on the screen.
We have done the steps Jerry suggests ... but it doesn't work ...
We've tried to contact the support, but we haven't received any answer.

Although, 24 hours has passed since I wrote to support@ectaco.com, nobody answer me for a replacement of the defect product!
And since Friday morning I am asking for a solution, but any good solution has been given me. And it seems they don't want to give me any replacement, although they grant a warranty. To whom must I direct my problem? To American FBI?

I will have you give me your email in a PM. Tech support and Customer service representatives risk loosing their job if they ignore an email. As such most problems where a customer is not receiving correspondence are due to some sort of spam filter or junk mail settings either on our side or yours.

We are more then willing to help you with any issue you are having, please be patient and just make sure to communicate with us.
