I bought a NTL-2Ua Ukrainian Ultimate travel tool.It does not have Ukrainian on it and the disc with it does not have it either only russian.I want the languauge i paid for.

Thanks for the message. In some cases we upgrade our customers to the multilingual products at no additional charge. Please check the settings menu of your device and see if it includes the Ukrainian language.
