Hi,

Since we sell so many products and close to 200 different languages sometimes it is a bit difficult to keep track of what everything means. Please see below for some basics.

What series do you want: They are sorted by newest and most advanced first.
-Partner LUX: Anything with LUX including LUX/ER LUX/ES and multilingual models like LUX/W6 and LUX/WE8
-900: Basically anything with 900 in the name. They flip open and have a touch screen and physical keyboard. They are compatible with C-Pen and GPS.
-P900: Same as above. just means "Partner 900"
-iTravl: Looks like a phone and uses only a touch screen.
-NTL-2: Same as above. Has 2 languages.
-NTL-#: Same as above. The # can be different and designates the amount of languages.
-500: Anything with 500 or 550 in the name. They are word by word dictionaries and phrasebooks. They run on 2AAA batteries.
-C-4: Like the 500 but 2 screens. Rechargeable batteries and a few other features.
-jetBook: Also jetBook (JB, or JB-5), jetBook Lite (JBL) and jetBook Mini (JBM). They are eBook readers.
-800 & 850: Older products, Discontinued. They are a step below the 900 model.
-PW800 & P850: Same as above.
-B-3: Simple audio phrasebooks. No dictionary features.
-400: anything with 400, 430, and so on. They are in limited stock. They are the step below a 500 series.
-300: Older still then the 400 and with less features. Also a smaller screen.

Packages: They are seen with iTravl and 900 models.
-Grand: Comes with a GPS antenna with US/Canada maps, a car holder, car charger and C-Pen scanner.
-Deluxe: Comes with a C-pen scanner for scanning text.
-Standard: Comes with all itravl and 900 models. basically everything you need to use the item.

NOTE: Deluxe and Partner LUX are different. Deluxe is a package. It means the C-Pen is included. Partner LUX is its own item.

-LUX/ES: English, Spanish
-LUX/EF: English, French
