Hi,

P900, TL-6, E500T and 500T are just names of your hardware. They remain the same no matter what language combination you have purchased. So if you purchased an ES900 ( S for Spanish) and received an P900 it is correct. As long as you have the English and Spanish on the device.

The same goes for the 500 series models (aka E500T or 500T or 500AL). If you purchased an EV500 (V for Vietnamese) and received an E500T it is correct. As long as you have the English and Vietnamese on the device.

More information, what does it mean?:
-P900 = Partner, 900 Series
-E500T = Ectaco, 500 series, translator.
-500T = 500 series, Translator.
-ES900 - English, Spanish, 900 series.
-TL-6 = New iTravl model.
-NTL-2S = iTravl, 2 Languages, Spanish.

More info about the 500 series
The 500 series model is easy to understand, their is really only 4 variations of it.
-XM500 = Multilingual unit with over 120 languages.
-500AL = A device that includes about 50 language on it.
-ER500 = 2 language device. ER means English Russian. You can have almost anything else ES500 (Eng Spanish), EF500 (Eng French) and so on.
-ER550 = Same as ER500 but it has a Cyrillic (Russian) Keyboard and more words in the database. (this model is only available in Russian now).

iTravl = Looks like a phone with a round speaker. over 80 variations of them.
Partner 900 = Our newest device. Flip open model.

But i still think i received the wrong one?!?!?
-Its simpler then you think. Does you device do what it says it was going to?
-Also check your invoice. Our error rate (for sending the wrong item) is less then 0.5%.
