Phrasebook does not install  XML

I have installed translator, dictionary, and travel dictionary on my IPAQ onto a SD card. Each time the PPC had a pop-up that let me choose whether to install on the internal memory or the SD card. However, though Phrasebook acts like it installs and says to check my PPC screen to see if I need to do anything further, no screen comes up on the PPC. I checked and there is plenty of space left on the SD card, but there are no Phrasebook files and Phrasebook does not show up on Programs.

What can I do to install Phrasebook?
