Is there a way to transcode old (.dat style) dictionaries to the new .pdb format? The latest FlashCards software (1.3.14) does not recognize the old format (circa 1.2.9).

Seems that you mixed '.dat format' for databases statistics and real databases formats - .PDB (universal: Palm/Pocket/Windows/Symbian) and .DCT (Pocket PC User's Dictionary).

From first Pocket FlashCards release neither of this formats changes.
So if you want to transfer databases to the new PDA, you should take not only '.dat' files, but first of all '.PDB' and '.DCT' files!

BTW: Latest Pocket PC FlashCards Version: 1.3.20
You can install it from here:

Max,

Thanks for your help on the user dictionary issue. I was able to import my dictionaries once I located the .dct files.
