Hi, I had been using my translator for two years, but for few last months I can not use the regular dictionary and word net. Could anyone help me please? The exact symptom is that it does not enter the feature.

Hi,

Please let me know what the model number is for the device you have.

Also when you say the regular dictionary and word net do not work, please let me know the symptoms. Does it not enter this feature? Does it give an error message?
