Hello. I've got problems with my electronic translator ER 900.
My ER900 was charging. I was working with translator. Suddenly it turned off and indicator of charging went out. I tried to turn on it and I pushed button RESET on the other side, but everything was unsuccesful. Advice me something.

Remove the battery and put it back in a while.
Then press RESET and turn it on while the unit is plugged in.

Try the "Soft reset" and the "Soft reset and sync"

Hello Jerry
I have done all resets soft and hard. after reseting device stylus starts working, however when i click on a progran using stylus it is picks different program or option.

Hey,
Thanks for the message. Ok just one more piece of information so i can see what to do.
Can you name 2 or 3 different programs you click? And then the program that opens instead of that program.

I choose "Text Translator" but opens "Audio Phrasebook" or
i pick settings then opens Audio Player
Calculator > then any number and it changes to setting sand short cuts from right is not working

Ok this definitely sounds like a problem with the software on the SD card but we can try one more thing.
1) Navigate to settings. You can use the keys on the device if you have to.
2) Once there hit the icon that looks like a battery.
3) Next their will be a button on the bottom that says calibrate. Try to calibrate the unit and Save.
If this does not work please contact the support team. You can email ABE@ectaco.com. When you do please
1) Put your order number in the title. Or have a proof of purchase available.
2) You can link to this thread so they can read about the issue you are having.
3) As long as the item was purchased within a year it should be covered under warranty.

it keeps freezing when i try to go back to home, or when i press certain letter. is there anything i can do?
