Does anyone know how to correct a frozen screen? I turned on my ectaco and it showed a circle with a green "radar" like detector going around and around. Then it suddenly stopped and I cannot get it to respond to ANY commands. I shut it off and turn it back on but it remains frozen. I leave for the Ukraine in 24 hours. Please help! thanks, Jack
