We just received our iTRAVL, and I can not get it back to the main menu. It is on Icons for all of the subjects. I have tried to follow the instructions in the manual that we received and also looked at the online manual. When the unit is turned on it displays all of the features icons, but I do not seems to be able to get back to the main menu. Also we can not get the voice command to work. We a have tried to give the voice command to open travel guide and just regular word to be translated into french and we have not had any luck so far.

The main menu is 9 icons of Dictionary and tools section.
Please, contact ECTACO Tech Support and let us know what exactly You see on the screen instead of 9 icons.
