I have Spent my 3d day with my new itravel reading manuals/forum trying to figure out why it keeps freezing and after a few minuets the touch screen doesn't work at all with the stylus.
After several key pad tries I can get to the calibration screen and recalibrate or I can reset and recalibrate, but then after a few minuets again the stylus wont work and I have to reset or recalibrate. any help or updates?
yes battery is fully charged
I have removed the battery and let sit for 20 min and try again

Dear Customer

In order to fix that problem, You have to pull the battery out and leave it for 30 minutes, then put it back in and make sure it is inserted tight.
Then charge the device for 5 hours and check how it works.

If You've done all that and it still doesn't work, You need to make hard
reset:

- press On/off and hold it;
- press RESET and hold it as well;
- keep holding both buttons for 5 seconds and then release RESET only, but continue to hold On/off;
- release On/off in 3 seconds more;
- Main menu will appear;
- choose SELF TEST;
- choose RAM;
- wait for 3 minutes while system check memory;
- press RESET after memory check will be completed;

The unit is the best on the market and must work correctly. Please, contact ECTACO Technical Support by phone or via email if You ever have any questions.
