If you can, please send me a PM with your email address, i can forward it to support. You can always call 1-718-728-3605.

Also, please make sure to check your junk mail folder in case a response ends up there. Some mail clients automatically delete junk.

Good afternoon:

Yesterday i had the same problem that Hazark, my jetbook doesnt work, i can see the screen with the screen saver but not clearly.
I have tried to reset it but i cant fix the problem.

Jerry, I need a solution as soon as possible.

I'm spanish too.

Hi,

Thanks for the message. Can you explain more about the screen? Is is cloudy or have any marks on it? Can you take a picture of the screen and show us?

Keep in mind, the item will have a one year warranty on it. If we cant get it to work right we will replace it with a new one.

Thanks for your fast repply; right now, it's working well again, i dont know why... maybe he was afraid when i was ready to take a photograph...
I will test it this week and if the problem go back to the same thing i will post again (before i will take the photo).

P.S. I have removed the SD Card that i had installed last week (but i will test it again)

Ok great, let me know how it goes. I just had a problem today where a specific brand SD card was causing my Toshiba laptop to crash.
