Hi,

I connected the iTravl to my comuter like the manual stated and now I'm supposed to have an extra dive for the device. I run Vista(it's not my idea by my boss wants to ). Now I can't see the drive. Is there a special driver I must download before I can use it? I did notice that my computer recognized the device but I don't see the drive appear on my screen.
me and my computer are twins. We both hate ugly software and errors

Dear CUSTOMER

You should connect your unit to PC via USB cable and switch on the unit after that. It will be recognized as an Storage place by your PC.
No other drivers are required.
Please open My Computer, Open that storage place there.
