The unit won't boot or shut down properly; sits at the boot-up screen with a red light that flashes 3 times intermittently. Misplaced the original SD card; Tried using card from a 2nd purchased unit (NTL-Wld). I've also swapped the battery from the working unit resetting the device each time.

Dear Customer

Please try to pull the battery out, then pull the MMC-card out, then put both of them back and make sure they are inserted tightly and reliably.

Then press On/off button and RESET at the same time.

You will be offered to calibrate the unit. If You still have any problems, please let me know.

Please, make sure the battery is fully charged before You perform the procedure described above.
