Hello,
Now I'm in a very unpleasant situation.
The fact is that I ordered the Lux partner model, but my order # COM-279609 was canceled on the same day without any explanations and without any notifications from Ectaco Inc. And then I unexpectedly received a letter from Ectaco.co.uk instead of Ectaco.com where I had ordered the translator that my order number had been changed (its number is # UK-279623 now) and that £297.95 had been withdrawn from my Visa card to Ectaco Inc. And all of this happened without any warnings and notifications of me! Without my agreement or assents! And how did they take any payment out of my card if my order had been canceled by Ectaco Inc.?! And why is this new order not in my account? Where is it?
I'm very worried, and I nothing understand, and I'm very dissapointed by the Ectaco support and team. I wrote several letters but I had not received any answers.
So I very ask You to cancel these orders # COM-279609 or # UK-279623 indeed. Please, cancel my order (or Your two orders).
I'm very sorry but I'm too tired to worry and to wait for some reaction of Ectaco support team. Best regards.

Hi,
Yesterday I received my order but the display has got a defect (a dead pixel) and hasn't got an original picture. The battery of the new device was charged fully though it had been made in October 2012. I'm afraid that the new device is used. Also I didn't received the World Travel Adapter Kit from the LUX Accessory Pack but it's nothing. I'm worried by a dead pixel but I like this translator. Could You help me to exchange it for a real new partner lux model without defects and dead pixels?
