I can't find them on the ECTACO site anymore.

Has it been announced how long they will be supported and what
kind of support will be maintained?

Hey Ken,

I do believe we have some left in stock however they are discontinued. What i mean is in the sense that we will no longer be producing any more of them.

Yes definitely. All of our items have lifetime technical assistance. We still have questions on products sold in 2006 and earlier sometimes! We will keep the firmware updates available as well just in case.
