I ordered an iTravel ntl 9c hand held translator I have had it for less than a week and now the battery wont charge when I plugged it in to the usb base charger. it worked fine when I plugged it in and now it will not work at all I ordered another battery when it gets here I will change out the battery and see if that solves the problem but for now . what caused it to do that? it has not been dropped or handled roughly at all. now when I plug it in all that shows up is a dim red led.

Dear customer;

we recommend to charge battery in the following manner:

- Charge it for 1,5 hours at least (2 hours is the best time, recommended);
- Charge it every 3-4 days (even if You don’t use the unit);
- Do not charge it more than 4 hours.

About your question , it could happen if you would leave your dictionary charging more than 4 hours to be, or precisely for a whole night.

good luck, does it answer your question?
