Hi,

I've got my Jetbook Color updated to firmware 53.337.509 and r1818 Spanish. Odd question, but I can't find the personalization settings referred to in the What's New documentation - where can those settings be found?

Never mind, I found it in the Classwork and Homework section. Figured it would be under settings.

But on another note - the reading progress bar no longer seems to function.

Hey,

Please contact tech support about this issue, you can email tech@ectaco.com Just make sure to tell them the firmware number and what type of book you are trying to use. (unless the progress bar does not show for any books).

Yeah, the progress bar doesn't register for any books I read - epub and pdf files are all I use. I'm running the latest firmware. Am going to do a reset and reinstall.

I reinstalled the firmware and installed the Russian (Spanish was running) operating system and still have the same problem. The bar beside the book title that used to show progress no longer seems to function. Is it possible to downgrade to the old firmware and operating system - that one worked fine.

Hey,

I believe in some versions it was possible to downgrade to lower versions, i'm not sure about this one. Please contact support directly and they can check on it for you.
