It seems you have released the JetBook Color 2 on your homepage

https://www.ectaco.com/jetBook_Color/

Is it an official release? And if yes what improvements does it get? Will it be available in black as well?

Seems like the only change is they are using the newer version of the Triton made screen. Most likely because they are no longer even manufacturing the old one. From what I can tell there's no other differences. Maybe Jerry can chime in.

Yes I think so, too. The screen is almost the most important part so it might be enough. Anyway, I'm still missing the black edition of the JBC2 and Euro prices in comparison.

Hey All,

Thanks for the message! The change on the device is primarily hardware related. It will use the new Triton 2 color eInk screen.

It is more vibrant and easier to read on while still containing the eye-healthy quality of an eInk screen.

Hope this helps.
