iTravl NTL 2B English Bulgarian

I ordered this: I was expecting to learn Bulgarian. On switching to Bulgarian on settings I thought I was going to have a great product! I WAS WRONG! The 3 best learning icons which are TEXT TRANSLATION - LANGUAGE TEACHER - U-LEARN are NOT supported in BULGARIAN. What on earth did they possibly sell this to me for! I am packageing it up and sending back!
IF I am doing something wrong them please please advise but alas I think not. Maybe there is an update for BULGARIAN coming? If so please advise.
From one VERY disapointed Customer.

I have now been informed that there is nothing more on the Bulgarian and therefore TEXT TRANSLATION - LANGUAGE TEACHER - U-LEARN have to be void for BULGARIAN.
Seems strange as its done in Russian. Maybe they will re-consider at a later date.

I wonder if we always get informed of updates?

Each model has different features which are based on the language. You can read the description of the Bulgarian model on our site directly. http://www.ectaco.com/ECTACO-iTRAVL-NTL-2B/

We create updates based on demand for certain products. Any software or firmware update we release on the iTravl will be available to you at no extra charge.

Please read the description of the item on our website. It does not say U-Learn or other programs you mentioned is included. http://www.ectaco.com/ECTACO-iTRAVL-NTL-2Bs/

The device does require the SD card to be inside for it to work.
