1. While I am reading a book (pdf-format) and want to move to a new page or activate the menu to zoom in it freezes and the only way to unfreeze it is to shut it down and restart it.

2. In ECTACO web site it list many file formats that the ereader support: Adobe DRM 9.1, ePub, Mobi, PRC, RTF, TXT, PDF, FB2, djvu, JPG, Gif, PNG, BMP . In particular I tried to read a book in djvu format, but it gave me an error and said it can not open the file. I tried other books and the result is the same.

Appreciate you help in answering my questions.

Thanks for the message, for the first issue please make sure it is not specific to just one pdf book.

I cant be sure about the second issue.
