Hi,

Thanks for the message, unfortunately we don't have a repair service on the item but we do have an upgrade program for it.

What that means is you can send the EGR430 back to us and get the ER900 at a reduced cost. The ER900 is English-Russian model with a full color touch screen, speech recognition, sentence translation and a teaching program. You can see it here http://www.ectaco.com/ECTACO-Partner-ER900/
