Thanks for the message. Unfortunately the 800 model is discontinued so i do not believe the firmware is available.

However, you can send you 800 model back to us and upgrade to a new 900 model for a very low cost. To get a quote on this upgrade please send email to Jerry@Ectaco.com Please indicate the language on your 800 model in the email.
