			<title>Help with My Ectaco XM500 .. I tried to install a dictionary and it erased the others languages... </title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Hello,<br /> I own a Ectaco XM500 Multilanguage.<br /> However, I noticed It didn't have Phrases, Verbs or idioms, so I downloaded a package of yours to replace the couple English-French and for having the English-French with Phrases and Verbs... <br /> But the others languages has been erased !... I tried with the reset button but it only has now English-French when I had 126 languages in my device...<br /> How could i have again the original options of my device ?? I suposed that if i replaced the languages english-french, It only would replace those ones and it wouldn't replace the othes<br /> <br /> The serial of my XM500 is 50208363 Model No. 500T<br /> <br /> Thanks for your help.<br /> <br /> Alvaro ]]></description>

Thank you.[/quote]<br /> <br /> Hey,<br /> <br /> Our tech support team is usually able to help out with all products regardless of where they are purchased. <br /> <br /> I actually recommend sending an email to <a class="snap_shots" href="mailto:support@ectaco.com">support@ectaco.com</a> rather then calling. The only reason is that the support team via email is very knowledgeable about software questions which this appears to be.<br /> <br /> Hope this helps!<br /> <br /> NOTE: I will be moving this question to the proper forum section within 48 hours. ]]></description>
