Received my EAP900 and plugged it in to charged. Red light went off after about 20 minutes. Tried again same thing. I left it for a few hours and it has since refused to switch on. Its quite disappointing that I still haven't received a reply to my problem considering I spent ages on hold when I called customer services and after finally getting through and giving a detailed explanation of my problem, the customer services rep insisted I EMAIL him a description of my problem. I did that immediately and still he didn't bother to Email me back.

Thanks for the message and sorry to hear about the difficulty. Please give us at least 48 business hours for a response on the forums. We don't always get a notification of a post.

Please try the following:
1) Remove the battery from the bottom of the unit. This can be done with a small screwdriver. The battery panel is under the device.
2) Leave the battery out for at least 15 minuted.
3) Replace the battery, it should sort of click back in place so you know it is actually in.
4) Plug the unit back in and see if it takes a charge.
