Could you explain how to connect the CPEN to the itravl? I tried to connect the pen directly to the itravl but it is not recognized.
I tried to do the reset as mentioned in another post (after removing the CF card, checking the write lock, inserting the card again and performing the reset) without result.

Maybe I need to connect it over the USB cradle which was not supplied with my ITravl (deluxe)?

Or do I need to upgrade the firmware first? Where can I find out what the current version is and where can I find the newest version of the firmware?
