			<title>Problems with ER900</title>
				<description><![CDATA[    Hello. I've got problems with my electronic translator ER 900. <br /> My ER900 was charging. I was working with translator. Suddenly it turned off and indicator of charging went out. I tried to turn on it and I pushed button RESET on the other side, but everything was unsuccesful. You can use the keys on the device if you have to.<br /> 2) Once there hit the icon that looks like a battery.<br /> 3) Next their will be a button on the bottom that says calibrate. Try to calibrate the unit and Save. <br /> <br /> If this does not work please contact the support team. You can email ABE@ectaco.com. When you do please<br /> 1) Put your order number in the title. Or have a proof of purchase available.<br /> 2) You can link to this thread so they can read about the issue you are having.<br /> 3) As long as the item was purchased within a year it should be covered under warranty.<br /> <br /> Hope this helps!]]></description>
