How is it that Paypal doesn't work the same at the Ectaco web site as it does at most Web sites. This is the first web site I have been to that offers "Paypal" but does not connect you to Paypal to authorize immediate payment from your account. Had I known this I would have used my credit card and get immediate access to the software I was interested in. I now have to wait for a response from an email to find out how to proceed.

Hi Jean,

Thank you for your inquiry.

We do have such immediate payment system via Paypal for hardware purchases, but unfortunately, it's a bit more complicated with the software so we need to process the Paypal payment manually.

One of our reps should have contacted you by now with further instructions on how to proceed with the payment including our Paypal account details.

It still does not work. According to the instruction, I paid by PayPal to PayPal@ectaco.com account and
I sent immediately the PayPal transaction confirmation to stacym@ectaco.com (order COM-279900, ordered and paid by July 2nd)
However, I've got no reply. Then, during one week time, I sent the confirmation FIVE more times - and nothing again.
I know it was a holiday (July 4th), but one week for the reply with the unlock key is still too much.
