My Name is Bradley Beckett from australia.
I bought a Partner EC900 chinese talking electronic dictonary and audio phrase book
I bought this in May 07/05/2012 Invoice einv-285873
I had a problem with it and sent back to you in June The RMA number was 206- ABH-481093
So far I have not had any response or email from your company as to what has happened to the unit
I don't have it why?

Thanks for the message and sorry to hear of the delay. I just forwarded your message to the folks in customer service so you should received a response from them within 24-48 hours.

It is 100% essential you check you junk mail and your spam mail folders to make sure emails are not getting caught up there.

To whom It may concern
I have sent to an email with my details on getting my unit that is under warranty sent back to me.
I purchased this unit in May and I have not been able to use it because I don't have it.
I 'm getting little response from your company as when you will deliver it back to me.

I have sent my credit card details via the paypal email you set up for me.
I would like to know what is happening.
