Yesterday we were working with our iTravl unit learning French and it worked perfectly. Today we went to use it again and found that all the speech coming from the unit is garbled. It was not damaged in any way between yesterday and today, it just started giving us garbled, unintelligible sounds when we attempt to translate. All the other functions seem to work normally, just the sound is bad. The battery is fully charged and we have reset the unit. Is there a full, low level reboot we can perform? The unit is only 8 months old.

Hi,

Please try all the resets you see at this link. https://www.ectaco.com/posts/list/52639.page Please do them one by one.

It may seem redundant but it is the only way to tell for sure where the issue is on the device.

If you are still running across the same issue afterwords you should contact the warranty department at 718-728-3605 or email support@ectaco.com

Hope this helps!
