reprograming reader need sd card  XML

i need the sd card that should have come with my reeder did not get one need to reprogram my reeder it is not working as it should when i shut it off it does not shut off as it should it goes back tobooks an i have to turn it off again then i have to reboot to ge my books back.

As far as I know none of the jetBooks came with any SD card. A small SD card is now very inexpensive.

Are you both saying that your jetBook ( which one?) is not shutting down properly when you press the
on/off button on the bottom of the device? Are you holding the button in for a long time, perhaps?
