Hi, I have problem with the partner EGm900vHwEnglish<->German Talking Electronic Dictionary, I tried to recharge the battery when on the screen shows a window that it says: FATAL APPLICATION ERROR, Application launcher,exe has performed an illegal operation an will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor. Program Launcher,exe. Exception:0xC0000005. Address 80134714. I will be, appreciate you help . Thank you.

Hi Jerry : I have tried the soft reset, the soft reset and sync, and the hard reset step by step, but I had as a result, each time, that the Fatal Error window came back. I think that could be relevant to give you an additional information: When I was recharging the battery, I connected my device to my PC (Toshiba , Lap Top, Satellite 1900-SP-303), according to the User Manual p.8 . Many thanks for your help ".
