If white wedding dresses symbolize purity?

I always here that short girls should never wear ball gown dresses...But I've always invisioned myself wearing ball gown dress....

Actually, short girls CAN pull off ball gowns, just make sure it's the right one. Not too big, and not too distracting or overpowering. Go for a dropped waist especially, that is key.
