Welcome,

i have my translator from 2 years. Now, i notice, that battery swell and now it is not close properly, so my translator doesn't work well also.
What happen?
And if i have to buy a new battery and the next one will be bad after year or two it is waste of money.
I would like my translator in very good condition again.

Hey Alexandra,

Thanks for the question and sorry to hear about the difficulty. This definitely sounds like a problem with the battery itself rather then the device. We do have new batteries available for purchase, the battery is $39.95 plus $10-$15 shipping depending on location.

Or if you want you can upgrade to a newer partner model. The new models are thinner, lighter, have more features and also a different battery. The older batteries on the P800 and P850 don't have the longevity that the new Partner 900 batteries have. To upgrade you purchase a new one and then send the old one back for some credit. I can determine the credit for you but must know the language or languages on your device.
