The Dictionary is frozen

Hello, I purchased the Ectaco Partner model EB400T just about over a year. For the past month the dictionary was giving me problems, it was restarting itself. And for a few days now it has been frozen on the first screen (it says: Partner EB 400T and www.ectaco.com) I tried the different types of resetting it and none of them seem to work. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Thanks for the question! At this point the best thing to do would be a master reset. Please try the following.
1) Remove the batteries from the device.
2) Leave the batteries out of the unit for at least 10 minutes.
3) Replace the batteries (make sure they are relatively new batteries).
4) Press the reset button on the unit.

That should get everything up and running.

If their is still some difficulty with the unit then it may be faulty. Since it is over a year it is no longer under warranty however we do have a returning customer discount if you are looking to get one of our newer models.
