i think that jerry does a good job with what he knows about the jetbook, but it would be nice if a tech person monitored this forum.

Thanks! :D

That is one of the next things we are working on, we are just finishing up with the redesign and adding a few more tweaks and fixes. Hopefully you will see a few more members on here before the years end. Thanks for the feedback!

Yes,Jerry does a good job trying to help...but if the JetBook lite only works for a few months before it needs replacing...what is the point of his (her?) good work?
After paying postage back to USA on my first JetBook lite in July and getting a replacement, now the new one has stopped too. First one lasted 5 months, second one...3 months. It's not good enough guys, the thing should keep working at least till the warranty runs out!!
Whatever,I contacted the Ebay seller again, waiting to hear back...meanwhile,I'm halfway through a long novel again, same as last time...what a pain. Not happy at all.

Well, after trying a hundred things, new batteries etc, nothing worked except plugging it in to the power source with a USB adaptor. Now I tried it again with the old rechargeable batteries (which were fine, they worked in my camera)...voila...all perfect again...whatever

Hey,

Thanks again for the feedback and sorry about your experience. The defect rate on the jetBook is less then 1% so i am surprised about the difficulty.

In any case, to get back on topic, i have a few meetings this and next week about integration of the technical support in different areas of the forums. I'm sure you guys have noticed a few cosmetic and technical changes behind both the website and the Forums. We listen to all of you guys feedback and i will do my best to make the appropriate changes. Thanks!
