Ectaco WINDOWS products DO NOT work on all WINDOWS systems

I have both of those products working fine on my Dell C610 laptop with XP. I have had quite a few problems with Lingvosoft sending out the wrong registration keys and had a lot of difficulty registering the Talking Picture Dictionary. They seem to have two levels of customer support. The first is in-house and they weren't able to help me with the registration problem but they also seem to have a higher level that is perhaps outsourced and as soon as I was able to get the problem escalated to them, they had an answer.

Right now I just ordered the Russian Suite for my Windows Mobile 6.1 device and am having the same series of registration problems with a couple of the products and also a problem displaying the Cyrillic fonts. I just referred that to the forum over the weekend and will send a message to support today and see if they have a workaround. I am confident that it is a fixable problem but I didn't find anyone on the forum that had the exact same problem with the Russian program but there seemed to be some others than had font issues with other languages.

The problem is that our current software is not compatible with WM6.1 You should viewe system requirements on the web site. Sorry, I cannot say for sure when the update for 6.1 will be available.
