P.S. I've already checked a content in SYSTEM TRAY. Only one C-Pen is downloaded.
I would recommend contacting support via the email email@example.com They will be best to help out the problem.
I suggest trying this software on a different PC if possible.
Also try removing all C-Pen software and then re-installing. I think their are actually 2 programs that download so if you remove just one it may not work.
While i work for Ectaco i am not tech support so i can only provide insight based on my experiences.
