So, I have to return my jetBook Lite for replacement. Is there another way, in addition to call 1-718-728-3605 from Italy, to get the RMA number and the shipping address?

The first time around for me, calling didn't get results, I finally got the RMA # and address by emailing tech support.

Address I was given was

ECTACO Inc,

31-21, 31st Street, Long Island City, NY, 11106, USA,


In my case since I bought from Newegg vice directly from Ectaco

RMA # was PVC-WARRANTY.

You will need to verify the same for you. I hope this helps.
