I'm not sure what is going on but this morning my computer will not recognize the jetbook is attached via the usb cable. I received it on wednesday- and the computer recognized after a moment the jetbook so I transferred books. Now today- nada zip zilch. Help. I have windows xp, norton and webroot spysweeper running if that help.

Lease, try to press RESET and then turn it on. Then plug it in PC and check what is on the screen of Jetbook.
If Jetbook's screen doesn't change whenever You plug device in, please contact ECTACO Technical Support at 1-718-728-6110
