I bought jetbook. I wanted to charge it for the first time. After 20 hours it was still charging. I disceonnected the charger. The battery had 66%. Is something wrong with my device? I tried to charge it in other socket but it didn't help.

Dear Customer

For the first time you need to format a battery of course. but like 8 hours no more, leaving for a night would be a fine thing to do.
don't do it again or you'll overcharge the battery and it will run out.

next time and every following time do as follows:
- Charge it for 4-5 hours, when it is necessary
- Do not charge it more than 5 hours.
