it's not a very good way of looking at "early adopters"

I'm not responsible of the problem... with other company (Apple for example)
the company send you a box where you put the damaged device... and you
pay nothing because they know that it's their fault (and consummer doesn't have
to pay because of device constructor mistake.

I also would like to notice that there is in fact 3 problems that happened gradualy :

1st pb:
the wireless connection was always on and there was no way to swiched it off

2nd pb:
the OS update couldn't be done

3rd pb:
the power supply stopped to charge the unit.

In the begining of the problem I didn't want to write this publicly... but now
if a more "customer friendly" solution is not given I will go ahead...

ECTACO Warranty doesn’t cover shipping of warranty packages overseas.

Warranty Department confirmed that they pay for shipping back. Please send for Warranty.

I still have to pay for sending the unit to Ectaco... but that's better
