I kind of got fed up waiting for them to email out the new firmware & instructions, and happened across this one (it was built last friday, so it's fairly new), and found the .33h for my other jetbook too. No clue what the changes are in either one though (and the .33h doesn't do DRM still, so no luck there yet).

OK so I got the 14k firmware for the jetbook lite. Now could someone please tell the procedure for installing it. I don't see anything in the instruction manual pdf.

14n is available. I heard that (at least 14m) supports drm'ed pdb, but not drm'ed epub.

Close, but no cigar. 14 m and n do seem to support drm'd pdb, but they lose several lines of text at the bottom of each page.

If you switch to landscape mode, it seems to get them back...

It appears that the firmware contains the FBReader 0.10.7, Foxit library for PDF and eReader library for PDB.

I have the same problem. 14n still no good for ereader.com pdb drm. Customer support asked me for photos of the problem. Seems like it is a known issue, already! I wouldn't mind so much waiting for a solution, but on Christmas day, I have to explain to my father in law why his Christmas present doesn't work properly. I bought 3 of these Jetbook Lites.

Just updated to 14n but haven't tested it yet except to turn it back on and load the book I was reading. Noticed it kept my bookmark this time. However, on 14m I had no problem reading ereader DRM books. I had to load 14k twice to be able to resize the DRM fonts. I have encountered a couple situations that required reinstalling the firmware. You might try that to see if you can read DRM from ereader.com.

I reinstalled with the same problem. I am not the only one with this annoying problem:
